- Social Media Checks, Career Track Chronology Review, and Key Supervisor References documented
- Phone call / webinar Interviews to qualify prospective employees based on company requirements and expectations for the position, and to set clear and transparent expectations for potential candidates
- A phone interview summary recap is sent back to dealership management with key candidate info, status updates and recommendations to either consider or not consider the candidate for a position in your dealership
