John Dillon has more than 40 years of experience in dealership operations, including 17 years managing fixed operations at the dealership level.
John managed the largest Lincoln-Mercury service operation in the Midwest and has worked as a sales and profit consultant for Ford Motor Company.
His experience working with hundreds of dealerships gives him an advantage in tailoring fixed operations consulting to each dealership. John was also a featured speaker and workshop presenter at the National Automotive Dealers Association Annual Convention.
John lives in Palm Harbor, Florida with his wife and business partner, Anne.

Dominick Dillon is an experienced Fixed Operations Consultant who knows what it is like to work in the service lane.
As a former Service Advisor from a high-volume dealership in southern California, Dominick established strong sales numbers and excellent customer satisfaction scores. He was instrumental in his team winning the Honda President’s Award in 2018 for the first time in the dealership’s history.
Dominick trains advisors of all experience levels to deliver an exceptional customer experience. His first-hand understanding helps teams identify opportunities for improvement and maximize the skills and talent they already have.
